About the food shelf
The RiverWorks Food Shelf opened on March 8, 2010. Having a local food shelf will help our community. The Hanover food shelf served our area for many years and we thank them for caring for our community. It has been a blessing for our 100+ households to not have to drive to Hanover. The Rockford/Greenfield community has been such a great support and we ask that you continue to support the work of the RiverWorks Food Shelf.

Volunteer at the food shelf

Donate to the food shelf
RiverWorks food shelf will take donations of food and funds. For donating funds, please click here.

If you are unsure of what food items to donate, here are some of the items that we could really use right now:

        and cheese; strawberry jelly; spam and other
        canned meats; baked beans; maple syrup;
        coffee; cake/muffin mixes; laundry detergent;
        brown paper bags.

For donating food, the food shelf accepts donations on Monday and Thursday after 4:30pm.
